Interim Post March 2013

From the beginning of the semester you should have been collecting data to serve as evidence to summarize and provide a snapshot of how you are doing in class. Use your data and include it in your post to discuss your strengths, weaknesses and areas to improve on. Discuss some of your goals and how you plan to achieve them.

Encourage your parents to read your blog post. We will be conducting student led conferences Thursday, where your parents will be able to see your blog.

When discussing your strengths, weaknesses, and areas to improve on, think about the following:
  • level of fitness and noteworthy changes (include documented evidence)
  • contributions to the class in terms of effort, attitude, energy and leadership
  • preparedness for class
  • barriers or limitations preventing you from participating to your fullest ability
  • respect, diet and healthy lifestyle choices outside of class.

*** Keep in mind the four pillars of this course***
  1. participation
  2. social responsibility and class contributions
  3. Healthy Living
  4. Digital Portfolio and Reflective Skills
