When discussing your strengths, weaknesses, and areas to improve on, think about the following:
- level of fitness and noteworthy changes
- contributions to the class in terms of effort, attitude, energy and leadership
- preparedness for class
- barriers or limitations preventing you from participating to your fullest ability
- respect, diet and healthy lifestyle choices outside of class.
Include a work habit that you feel best describes your output in class (G,S,N).
