PE 10 1st Report Card

From the beginning of the semester you should have been collecting data to serve as evidence to summarize and provide a snapshot of how you are doing in class. Use your data and include it in your post to discuss what you have learnt, how you were feeling in class, your strengths, weaknesses and areas to improve on. Discuss some of your goals and how you plan to achieve them.

When discussing what you've learnt, your strengths, weaknesses, and areas to improve on, think about the following: 
  • noteworthy changes in fitness (with documented evidence)
  • factors that influence work ethic and effort
  • attitude, respect, energy and contributions you bring to class,
  • preparedness for class and leadership
  • barriers or limitations preventing you from participating to your fullest ability 
  • dietary choices and it's influences on health, energy levels, performance and lifestyle outside of class.
  • Aspects of the class you enjoy and would like to see changed

Include a grade, percentage and work habit (G,S,N).
